Anne Grisedale

I was introduced to St Mary's in May 2022 by Vikki who is one of the veterinary nurses here. 

Originally from Devon, I moved to Poole, Dorset in 1997 with my husband's job and I started 
work for Lloyd's bank. I worked in banking for 23 years before taking redundancy.

I have always loved animals so when this opportunity arose to be a receptionist here, I
jumped at the chance. 

I get to meet some lovely people with their pets, it is lovely when our wonderful
vets and nurses make them better.  I love that I get to have cuddles with some of the puppies 
and kittens when they come in, it is the best feeling in the world.  I have previously 
had cats so I understand from an owner's point of view what level of service I would 
expect when visiting the vets.  This means I would always give the customer care they
deserve.
