What makes us unique ...

At St Marys, we're extremely proud of our warm welcome. Clients frequently comment that visiting the surgery feels like 'meeting up with an old friend'. It's no surprise, really. Our staff all love what they do so much, they've stayed for years! David the Vet has been here over 14 years and Jean, our receptionist, has been here over 20 years, so in many ways, we are old friends to our clients - many of whom have placed generations of pets in our care.

Consistency is Key

It's the consistency of care that sets us apart from other practices. It's vital for you, your pet and indeed the vet to build a long lasting relationship. Here at St Mary's, we believe that is what we do best.

Our Client Charter

  • Greet you and your pet with a smile. 
  • Treat your pet as if it was our own, with total care and attention. 
  • Make sure you are only ever seen by fully qualified vets and trained nurses, using the most suitable equipment and medicines available.
  • Listen to you in the consultation room, to understand the nature of your concerns and explain the treatment options available. 
  • Endeavour to discuss any costs with you before they arise. 
  • Regularly seek your feedback to try and improve our service to you.
